Clivia Market is a small operation and does not pass on personal information from customers to other third parties.
This website is a secure site, with SSL (secure socket layer) for encrypting information. You can identify a secure site by the https in front of the web address. The website analytics may collect your computer IP, date and time of your visit and some statistical information for reporting purposes.
If you fill out a contact us form, then your name, email address, date and message is only stored in the email program in order to reply to you.
When purchasing from this website, your name, address, email address, phone number, invoice and item details are used for the printing of an invoice and for shipping labels or packing slips.
If you choose to subscribe to a newsletter then your name and email address is sent to Mailchimp, a secure marketing system where we send marketing emails from. You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time you wish.
No credit card information, Paypal information or any other payment details are stored in the administration system of this website. Any financial transactions are completed on the secure transaction site of Paypal or Square.
Clivia Market will never pass on personal information or purchasing history to any other party. The relationship between Clivia Market and the buyer is strictly confidential.

Terms and Conditions
Every effort has been made to ensure this website is up-to-date and accurate. From time-to-time an error may creep through the proofreading. Clivia Market reserves the right to make additions, deletions or modifications at any time to the information and listings on this website.
Delivery
All orders are packed up over the weekend and posted on a Monday.
The buyer has the option to choose which type of postage they would prefer during the check-out process. The default is Standard Parcel Post but there is also an option for Express Post which we recommend. Postage is paid by the customer and is fixed at time of payment. The postage calculation is based on the height and weight of the plant, and the box required. Any miscalculations in postage of more than $2 will be refunded or credited to the buyer.
Clivia Market is not responsible for the service provided by Australia Post or any damage that may be incurred in transit, though we do ask that you contact us and let us know if there is a problem.
Packaging
Plants are sent bare-rooted with the roots wrapped in an eco-friendly compostable bag. The box that the plant arrives in is made from 100% recyclable material and where possible, padding is recycled.
Warranties and Refunds
Clivia Market does not guarantee the flower colour of an unflowered seedling or seed purchased from this site unless stated. Offsets are guaranteed to flower the same as the mother plant provided the conditions, fertiliser and lighting is the same.
All plants are sold pest-free and healthy. Should any problem be encountered we ask that you contact us to discuss.
Payments
We accept credit cards through Square, Apple Pay & Google Pay and Paypal. Any other payment methods are by prior arrangement.
Australia and International sales
All plants and seeds are based in Australia at the time of listing. We do not offer pre-sale of seed. All seed has been harvested and is fresh for the current season and ready to ship.
Until further notice, we are unable to send plants or seeds outside of Australia. Due to various requirements for phytosanitary certificates, export/import permits, inspections and quarantine limits, we can only offer products to delivery addresses in Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and South Australia.
Sorry but we are unable to ship plants internationally, or to Western Australia, Northern Territory or Tasmania.
